    Title:
    WWB6 - CustomSeries.cds on Desktop?
    Personal Computer:
    Retina Macbook Pro 2014
    OSX 10.10.5
    16GB RAM
    2,5GHz i7
    Description:

    Hello,

for some strange reason, at some point WWB6 6.11.3.6 (it started in a previous version) put the CustomSeries.cds file (that is very important because of my additonal equipment profiles) on my mac Desktop - every time I delete the file on the next start, WWB creates a new one _on the desktop_.

How can I tell WWB respective correct the location of the file? I'd like to have it in a regular program/application support/... where ever program settings are stored - location for it and not filling up my desktop. Some .plist file or so?

    Thank you for your help!

When creating a custom equipment profile for a manufacturer and model that does *not* exist in WWB, how can I add groups and channels to that custom profile?

    Description:

    Sorry for the stupid question.

I see WWb6 advertised with the monitor page open and a couple channel strips in a larger size than the others.

Is this a setting or just some Photoshop magic for the promo pics?

Looked everywhere for answers but cant see a way to do it.

    Thanks

    PSM 200 bodypack problem
    Description:

so i recently purchased a psm 200 bodypack on ebay.com, popped in a new 9V battery and tried it out at band practice everything seemed to sound fine, not to mention my bodypack was connected to the drummers transmixer on channel 1 (practiced for a good hour or so) a few days later we had a gig and everything seemed to work fine (again i was connected to the drummers transmixer so there was 2 bodypacks connected in one transmixer on channel 1)  and then maybe 20 minutes within the gig i started getting a popping/distortion sound and thought it was the battery so i ended up turning it off and finishing the gig with no in ear monitor. on new years we had another gig so i popped in a new battery and then the same thing happened. so my question is my bodypack maybe broken or are transmixers not meant to run 2 bodypacks at once?? PLEASE SOME HELP ME!!!

The SB58 mike apparently has no output. When plugged into an amp that works and a power chord that works, we get no sound. Have tightened all screwable parts to no avail.

    PGX24
    Description:

I have 2 PGX24 one of them started this weird humming static sound whenever the mic is turned on. I've determined that the issue isn't the Mic itself but the receiver itself because I swap the sync and both times the hum is coming from the one receiver.

    Do I have a defected PGX2?

    WWB calculation frequency band limits...

    Title:
    WWB calculation frequency band limits...
    Description:

Oh No... what have you done..?

Since the last version release of WWB, it appears as though you can now only enter equipment frequencies into the program that fall into the bandwidth of the spectrum display (this has been recently adjusted to accomodate the higher frequency equipment). Is it possible that you can reinstate the ability to calculate frequencies out of the displayed bandwidth again..?

Also, can you extend the renage of the spectrum display to cover 400MHz, or below..?

    Thanks heaps,

    Steve
