    Title:
    Sharing Spectrum Manager Scans
    Description:
Sharing the scans from the Axient Spectrum manager can be useful. If you are traveling to an area where we already have a scan, you can load that scan into WWB6 to calculate frequencies in advance.

Here are scans that we have to share:

This list is most useful as more people share scans. We invite you to send us your scans so that we can add them. Email the scans to support@shure.com or attach them to this post. Please make certain no wireless microphones or PSM systems are on when you perform the scan. The scan should only be the background RF sources.

Thanks, Rick! This is a great idea, and a wonderful way to extend the knowledge and experience of the community by sharing scan files from around the world. Please take the time to share any scans you have taken and are willing to distribute. Also, feel free to add any comments regarding the antenna setup/environment when the scan was taken. The more details, the better.

      Thanks!

We have added some additional scans that people have shared. Thank you very much to those individuals. We have cities such as Atlanta and Nashville. Keep sending us your scans to help out other users.

FYI, I have added a sub-forum to capture user-generated files (including scans), which is accessible via the Downloads page.

      Hey Sam,

What about an option in WWB6 to upload scans directly? Or download via a search for city or venue name?

This is a great idea, Monty. I do know that while Shure encourages the sharing of these files, we cannot endorse the validity of using scans from unknown systems or antennas. This makes it tricky when providing any access to scan data from devices other than those you have direct control over...

In any event, I'm logging this as an improvement.
