    Listen Frequency on AXT600
    Personal Computer:
    mid 2014 MBP 15; OS X 10.10.2
    Shure Hardware:
    UHF-R, PSM900, PSM1000, Axient

Would it be possible to add control for the listen frequency on the AXT600? It would just make it a little easier than scrolling through using the dial and screen on the unit.

      Hi there,

You mean that you would like to exactly type in the frequency that is needed? General product feedback we received so far was that tuning to a certain frequency is pretty fast and that typing in the frequency (also via wheel) would take even longer. Is time the main reason why you would like to type in the frequency?

I think I'd use convenience more than time as a reason. It comes from not wanting to have to focus on the screen and dial, I find it easier to switch my attention to the things going on around me looking at my laptop screen than concentrating on the unit. I'd generally say it's quicker to type a whole set of frequencies into WWB than to set them on the unit. I'm not sure if it would be possible to do it from the Coordination or Frequency Plot screens similar to my recollection of using WinRadio, or from the CFL list in the Frequency List. Or from a whole variety of places.

Do you mean to at the ability to set the listen frequency on an AXT600 via WWB (e.g. via the AXT600 Property Panel)?  That sounds like an interesting (and useful) feature.

Yeah. My apologies for any confusion. Having reread my initial post, I can see I didn't make that explicitly clear.

      Cheers, Tim
