zip-package is not compatible with my software?!
    Hello Admin,

I've got the newest MBP 15" model with Mac OS X.8.2 on it - fresh from the factory and I couldn't install your Shure Wireless Workbench 6, cause the zip-package is not compatible with my software ?!

    Are there any solutions ?

    thx great.

      Hi Marco,

Did the entire file download? Get Info on the file and verify:
      The file name should be:
The size of the file: 90.8 MB on disk (90,780,450 bytes)
If those don't match - then delete and download it fresh.

What utility are you attempting to use to unzip the file? The default zip/unzip utility that comes installed on Mac OS is called "Archive Utility"
If you right click (or control click) on the .zip file - you can "Open With > Archive Utility"

This should create the file: Shure Wireless Workbench 6.dmg (a disk image)
Size: 91.2 MB on disk (91,209,578 bytes)

If the file was not created - there may be a problem with the unzip utility. I have seen some other posts related to general problems with the Archive Utility. See:
Or try using another zip/unzip utility such as Stuffit Expander

Double click on the disk image to open, then double click on the "Shure Wireless Workbench 6.pkg" and follow the install instructions.

Hope that helps!! Best luck with the new Mac!
