    Title:
No GB range for Sennheiser devices
    Description:
So I had a few EW500 G3's along side some UR4's on a gig the other week. It looks like there are no "GB" range (606-648 MHz) for the G3 devices. Also the 2000's are missing the "BGW" range (606-678). Am I missing an option somewhere?

      Hi Ben,

Please go to 'Tools', 'Equipment Profiles', choose 'Sennheiser', then 'EW 300 IEM G3', then any band you like and then you can go to the 'Tuning' tab below to change the frequency range to 606 - 648 MHz saving it afterwards under another name under 'Profile Details'.

      Thanks.

The Senhiesser EW 300 IEM G2, in the software, does not have a G frequency range. Mine are G, I have three units. Is this the way to add that to my database, by selecting the G3 which have a G bank, editing the "tuning" and then saving them under a different name?

      Hi,

Yes, this is the correct way how to manage the equipment profiles.

      Thanks.

Thanks Ron. I still think this should be built in though.

      Hi there

I'm trying to change frequencies as per the directions above, but the "Save" button is greyed out and cant be clicked.

      Any ideas?

      Thanks

      Hi Zoe,

You may have figured this out already, but in case you haven't, the save button will remain greyed out until either the manufacturer name or model number have been edited under the "Profile Details" tab.  Once you make an adjustment to either of those fields, you should be able to save.

      I hope that helps.

      Stuart
