      Hi Miti,

Did workbench see the units before you updated? If so, you may have to restart the units to update the IP address. Sometimes when I run workbench I have to restart the ULXD's to get them in the inventory again.

      Hi Miti,

To help you get setup with ULX-D and Workbench, I will list a few questions that will help us get you setup :)

How many physical receiver units do you have (Single, Dual or Quad)?
Are you using a switch to manage IP addresses?
If so, are your receivers set to receive IP addresses automatically (DHCP) - This can be set by going to Device Utilities > Network > Shure Control > Network (this is on firmware version 1.3.6)

      Thanks,

      Timo

Hi! I ULXD4 single K51 receptor. I use the switch on the receiver, I get to network and Automatic Mode appears IP.169.254.135.168., SUB.255.255.0.0. GW0.0.0.0. then go on manual mode and write the IP address, save, and to automatic mode and I appears?.?.?.?.?., press Enter and change IP address but not through me but in different address. I installed version 1.3.6. Thanks                                                             Firmware and Network Summary Report

      Hi Miti,

When you set the settings to manual and then to automatic which allowed the unit to appear in the inventory, did the IP address become a 192.168 address or did it revert to a 169.254 address?

I am just asking as your computer is receiving a proper IP address from the DHCP server but the unit originally had the 169.254 address which indicates that it did not receive a proper IP address. For units to be able to network with each other, they must be in the same subnet and IP address range.

How do you receive a network connection to your computer? Is it a wireless connection or wired and are you receiving this connection from a router?

      Thanks.

      Timo
