The Shure Customer Forums (the “Site”) is governed by certain terms and conditions described in this document. Please take a moment to review these rules detailed below.

Shure Incorporated (“Shure”) is the owner of this Site, and Shure has and retains all rights to the content posted to the Site. If you post any content to this Site, you agree that Shure and its affiliates shall have all rights (fully-paid and royalty free) to use and exploit such content and that you shall retain no rights or claims to any such content. As the owner of the Site, Shure may suspend or terminate access to the Site any time for any reason it sees fit. This Site is not intended for exchange of confidential information, and you agree that (i) you shall not post any confidential information to the Site, and (ii) any content posted by you to the Site is not confidential, proprietary, or protected in any way.

If you download any software or software updates (collectively “Software”) from this Site, you shall abide by any End User License Agreement (“EULA”) provided with such Software. Furthermore, if any such downloaded Software is an alpha or beta version, or any version not intended for commercial release (“Pre-Release Software”), then in addition to and not in limitation of the terms and conditions of the EULA, you agree that such Pre-Release Software (i) is still under development and is for testing purposes only, (ii) is provided to you “AS-IS” without any warranties of any kind, and (iii) that your use of such Pre-Release Software is solely at your own risk. Shure disclaims all representations, warranties, and liability, whether express or implied, relating to the Pre-Release Software or any other materials provided, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In any event, Shure will not be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Pre-Release Software of any other materials provided. You agree to report to Shure any malfunctions, shortcomings, or other problems you encounter with such Pre-Release Software.

Please remember that Shure is not responsible for any messages posted by third parties. Shure does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and is not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Shure or this Site. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact Shure immediately by email. Shure has the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if Shure determines (in its sole discretion) that removal is necessary.
